Pretty good I don’t drink coffee, and I often need a pick me up during the mid-morning. I take these after I finish my morning tea, usually 2 at a time, and feel more awake throughout the work day. It’s also good to know that I’m getting some of the benefits associated with coffee beans and green tea without downing cups of each.If you’re using it for weight loss, I think you’re barking up the wrong tree. You’ll probably be more active due to the caffeine, but that’s the extent of it. As far as I know, raspberry ketones don’t actually work for weight loss, but in this case, they add a nice raspberry smell/flavor to the pills.
Great supplement! I love this supplement. it helped to eliminate the brain fog and low energy I was experiencing as I get older. Green Coffee Bean is a must have, and this brand is the best I’ve found.
