How do you take your coffee? I’ll have mine green today. Bought this as one of a journey of supplements.Green coffee beans are the unroasted beans. This is a powder.It’s supposed to have an increased metabolism effect, and reduce blood pressure as opposed to raising it with roasted beans.This powder plain reminds me of grapenuts, with a slightly bitter mid palate, and a coffee aftertaste. Pleasant, but worked better mixed into a drink. I enjoyed it blended with green tea as a 2 for 1. Worked well in just water too, if you’re used to drinking coffee this will work well, and less time to make.I felt the same energizing bump as I did with coffee, slightly smoother than a jittery cup of Joe though. It didn’t raise my blood pressure either, which coffee sometimes does about 5 points.Both wins for me.It’s comes with a scoop in the bag to easily handle the serving size.Nice to have in the rotation, and easy to mix into a any of your other drink choices as it blended well with just a spoon…
Perfect for weight loss I really love this product. I strongly believe it really helped me lose weight. For just 6 weeks, I lost 20 to 25 lbs, from 160 to 165 lbs to just 140 to 145 lbs. I just add it to my freshly brewed coffee (black) in the morning. It speeds up my metabolism. And, it is pure, without any kind of fillers. I want to maintain my 140/145 lbs weight, so, Iâll keep buying this.
Great product This works well for appetite control. Do not go over board it you will spend a little more time in the bathroom.
