More energy, less cravings, reduced appetite I am a pharmacist so when it comes to supplements, I research everything. After much digging, I settled on this formulation of Garcinia (I had not tried any other formulations previously, except in my Plexus Slim that I drink every morning, but its a proprietary blend, so it doesn’t say how much is in it). It is my opinion (for what its worth) that this is a safe, effective product. I’ve been taking it for a month or 2 now and notice a remarkable decrease in my appetite throughout the day when I take it in the morning. I have forgotten to take it a few times and I can definitely tell a difference in my appetite when I take it. I take one in the morning (says you can take 2 for more aggressive weight loss) on an empty stomach and make sure I don’t eat anything for at least a 1/2 hr after taking it. Middle age fat man slimming up. (10/10/2017) I take 2 in the morning with 1000mg of apple cider vinegar and the same again 30 minutes before eating dinner. In the morning I also take natural testosterone support supplements and nitric oxide. Dietary changes include reducing carbohydrates/starches and eliminating sugar/corn syrup.
