    Really made me workout harder then ever! But, WARNING Start slow and stick to it! I’ve tried these before and started out with 2 at a time. Don’t start out with that! I got dizzy and started sweating profusely, but with chills while working out at the gym and had to lay down on a matt and blacked out. This time I started with 1 at a time, and it seems to be working great. I take a boot camp style class 2 x a week, and normally one of the slowest runners. I went to class yesterday after only 2 days on these and I was the FASTEST. Gave me this incredible energy to get my workout done. My sit ups were stronger, I was able to do all my push ups……..so you see by working harder that’s how you are going to lose weight quicker. And I even was sweaty, I am not much of a sweater at all. Just make sure to drink ALOT of water and make sure you eat really healthy and exercise, and stick to your program even if you cheat one day, start it back up the next. I will wait at least a week before I start 2 at a time, and will make sure I’m not doing my workout in the…
