The product works – don’t over do it I am 71 years old and have never taken probiotics. I purchased the Maximum Care 30 billion CFU and the Daily Care 6 billion CFU time release caplets as described in NatureWise Advertising. I planned on comparing the two products to see if my first time issue with indigestion, bloating, indigestion, and constipation would be resolved. My wife of 45 years has always used some form of probiotic. She has an extremely sensitive stomach and digestive track. She recommended probiotics since she has had similar gut problems as I have begun to experience.I started with the 30 billion CFU caplet thinking more is better. Well after three days I could not tolerate the product. I experienced a great deal of intestinal gas, digestive tract noise and runny stools.I switched to daily use of the 6 billion CFU caplet. Didn’t expect such a huge pill but (thankfully) it’s easy to swallow. Every night before bedtime I take a little cocktail of OTC meds and supplements that includes an allergy tablet, a krill oil gel, a Vitamin-D gel, a women’s multi-vitamin, omeprazole, and a probiotic.
