Takes my Appetite I’ve incorporated these pills with a 13 week running program and will tell you the results once completed.I was already actively working out before taking these pills, but not working towards increasing my running time.Here’s what I have noticed: they take my appetite…like completely.When I take them before a meal, I will usually drink at minimum, two glasses of water with it…some may think “well that’s what taking your appetite”. Well, you’d have to know me to know that’s NEVER the case with me. The whole drink water thing before you eat has never ever staved off hunger for me. I consider myself a foodie….I’m not obese, but marginally overweight, about 10 – 15 pounds…depending on how you rate the BMI chart (which isn’t too high on my chart since it rated me in the past at 27.1 but when a fat caliper test was done, I was at 23.7, due to having large amounts of muscle mass).Also, I tried the other product by this company…
